How do I purchase tests in the system?

In this article you will learn how to complete the purchase of tests in the GetLabTest system.

  1. Select the "Test" or "Package" tab to access the tests catalog from the home page.

2. You can search for an test or a package:

a. By typing the phrase into a search engine

b. selecting test from among the categories

c. by selecting tests from the list

3. Filter tests and packages by selecting the appropriate tabs

4. To add an tests to your cart, select "Add+" next to the test/package you are interested in

5. When you add your first test, you will be asked to select a collection point or location to collect at home

6. If you are determined to have your blood drawn at a blood collection point - select the appropriate location from the list or search for the city that interests you

7. If you choose to have your blood drawn at home: change the tab to "In-home service" and enter the city in which you want to perform the collection in the search engine. If the city you have selected has in-home service available - continue with the test selection. If the city you have selected does not yet offer in-home service - choose a convenient location from all those offering in-home service, or opt for collection at a collection center.

8. After selecting all the tests - select the "Pay for tests" button.

9. You will be asked to log in to your account. If you don't already have a patient account in the system - register your account

After successful login/registration, click "pay for tests" again to hit order summary.

10. In the order summary:

confirm the selected collection point or address, select the payment method and confirm all required approvals.

11 Select the "pay for test" button to go to the payment method of your choice. You will be redirected to the payment page - finalize it.

12 Once the transaction is finalized, you will be shown a screen with a summary of your order. To make an appointment - contact the laboratory consultant by phone
