This manual guides you on how to manage your doctor's account settings, including updating your data, services, and availability.

1. To access your account settings:

Click on your name in the upper right corner and then select "Account settings"

2. In the "My profile" tab you can change all the basic information about yourself. After completing the data - select the "save changes" button to save your changes.

3. To add the diseases they treat:

Select them from the list, then confirm the selection with a "+" sign. Follow the same procedure for selecting the languages you speak.

Then save the changes to your account by clicking "save change" as you finish filling in your profile data.

4. Adding services:

Select "Add more services" next to the specialty to which the services apply

Fill in the name of the service, duration and price and confirm the changes

The service will be added to the list of services

5. In the "Availability" tab you can set your current and future schedule:

To add a new schedule, select the "Add new patient appointment hours" button

Then modify it by freely adjusting it by switching off/on new days of availability and editing the hours of patients' admissions, or setting breaks between patients. Select the date time you want the schedule to take effect. After establishing the schedule, save the changes.

The future schedule will appear beneath the current one. At any time, you can set new availability that will alter the currently established one.

6. In the "Settings" tab, you can make changes to your account details, select your representative Collection Point, and change your password.

7. In the "Financial Information" tab you can edit your financial data, necessary for invoicing

8. SMS notification tab allows personalization of messages to patients

You can decide in which instances to send SMS notifications to patients. All the most helpful messages are highlighted by us. You can customise each message or use our template.

9. The AI type text tab allows you to add welcome and summary message templates in the description of patient tests.

After selecting "Add more," you can add a message by choosing its type and setting the content

You can edit any of the messages you have created by selecting the "Edit" button

You will be able to select the added welcome and summary messages from a list when creating a description of your patients' tests.
